Returns and Refunds

At Premium Salon Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns and refunds are available to customers who are not fully satisfied with our products. Simply contact us by email, live chat, or phone, and we’ll work to make things right.

  • Eligibility: Purchases can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, refunds will not be offered.
  • Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Defective or Damaged Products

We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with proof (photo or video).

We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery. If you discover issues, contact us promptly. We will cover the cost of shipping for defective or damaged items if you provide the required proof.

Method of Return

(a) Returns by Mail
To return an item by mail:

  1. Visit www.premiumsalonsupplies.com and follow the instructions to receive a prepaid return label.
  2. Include the return slip and unused items in the package.

(b) Return Processing Fee
A flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Details on the fee will be provided during the return process.


Mistaken Returns

Ensure you return the correct item. If the wrong item is returned, Premium Salon Supplies cannot guarantee its recovery or provide compensation. Contact Customer Service immediately if an error occurs.


Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive confirmation via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any return shipping costs. Allow up to 72 hours for the refund to appear in your account.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned as undeliverable will not be automatically resent. Additional shipping fees may apply if you wish to update the delivery address and resend the item.
